SHIPPING, HANDLING & RETURN POLICY
- We presently accept major credit card payment through Shopify Payments.
- All items in this store are priced in the currency noted beside each item. For orders paid in different currencies than the one stated the final amount that shows up on your statement will change to reflect your local currency rate.
- Canada Post delivers on business days only.
- Your invoice total will include any applicable taxes.
- Delivery date estimates are provided by the selected carriers, and cannot be guaranteed.
- All items ship from our Canadian warehouse on a weekly basis.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery within North America and 4-5 weeks for international destinations.
- Please note that you may experience delays on International orders due to the local postal system and customs which are beyond our control.
- If your order does not show up within the time frame above please e-mail us at email@example.com along with your confirmation e-mail. If your order needs to arrive by a certain date please send us an e-mail as soon as you place your order so we can expedite shipping.
- During high volume order periods, shipments may be delayed, due to inventory shortages. Orders will be held until all items are in inventory.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
- You may be charged additional customs and duty fees by your destination country. The rates will vary depending on the items, value, and country of origin. All charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact your local customs office for more information and to obtain rates.
- The Gord Bamford store is happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that have not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 45 days of ship date. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Only UNOPENED CDs can be returned for refund or exchange.
- CDs that are open can only be exchanged for the EXACT same item if they are defective. When we return it, the plastic wrap will be removed.
- If your item is damaged please e-mail us a photo and explanation and we will send a replacement.
- Before returning your product for an exchange, please make sure that your item is in brand new condition, and email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that the item you would like to exchange for is available and can be put on hold for you.
- Gift wrap charge is $3.75 per product (bundle products count as one product). Discount codes do not apply to gift wrap charge.
- Gift wrap fees will not be refunded on returned items.
- Gift messages will only be available on per-order basis (not per item).
- The gift message will appear on the packing slip included in your shipment.
- If you have multiple gifts going to the same address, we recommend placing separate orders for each individual.
- Any inquiries regarding your order including special order instructions and requests for returns, or to obtain additional information on items in this web store can be sent to email@example.com (please include Order #) submitted via the contact page or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
- We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning.
- Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply.

- Include a note as to the reason why you are returning
- Include the last 4 digits of the credit card used
