Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES

• Delivery date estimates are provided by the selected carriers, and cannot be guaranteed.
• All items ship from our Canadian warehouse on a weekly basis.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery within North America and 4-5 weeks for international destinations.
• Please note that you may experience delays on International orders due to the local postal system and customs which are beyond our control.
• If your order does not show up within the time frame above please e-mail us at fans@cacheei.com along with your confirmation e-mail. If your order needs to arrive by a certain date please send us an e-mail as soon as you place your order so we can expedite shipping.
• During high volume order periods, shipments may be delayed, due to inventory shortages. Orders will be held until all items are in inventory.
